Jordan Porcella

Jordan is a former collegiate baseball player, U.S. Navy veteran, and passionate youth coach who brings strong leadership, discipline, and a player-first mindset to the field. He played at CSU Monterey Bay and Chapman University and competed with the Chicago White Sox Scout Team before transitioning into coaching after injury.

With nearly a decade of military service and 5 years of youth coaching experience, Jordan’s approach is rooted in integrity, accountability, and development. He emphasizes injury prevention, confidence, and long-term growth on and off the field.
