Christian Salgado

Coach Christian Salgado started playing baseball at 5 years old in Puerto Rico, and then moved to Miami. Salgado played college baseball at Tennessee Temple University and, after completing his bachelor's degree in psychology, was invited to try out for the Astros, Cubs, and Braves. His primary position of expertise is catching and has a fundamental knowledge of all other defensive positions, strength and hitting.
