Kat Van Houten

Kat Van Houten is a dynamic marketing professional with a knack for blending strategy and creativity. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Hospitality Marketing and completed her master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications in 2023, both from York College of Pennsylvania. Originally from New Jersey, Kat brings the same competitive spirit she honed as a high school softball and swim team athlete to her marketing career.

Since joining API in 2021, Kat has been the creative force behind the brand’s marketing and advertising initiatives. With over five years of experience, she’s known for her out-of-the-box ideas, high-energy approach, and ability to craft campaigns that truly resonate. As Marketing Director, Kat wears many hats—managing social media with flair, building impactful partnerships, spearheading digital campaigns, and even keeping print materials fresh and engaging.

Her passion for connecting brands with people through meaningful stories and bold strategies keeps API ahead of the curve—and keeps Kat loving every moment of what she does.
