Bio
Nick Eversole (Coach E) joins API with 12 years of collegiate baseball coaching experience. A native of central Pennsylvania, Eversole played collegiately at Bloomsburg University, where he was an All-Conference Catcher. He began his coaching career there as well, working with hitters, catchers while assisting in recruiting for his alma mater for 2 years. He then spent a summer as the Head Coach of the Summit County Black Diamonds; a collegiate summer baseball league in Frisco, Colorado. After one year as a volunteer at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, he was elevated to Recruiting Coordinator, a role in which he thrived in for 6 years. During his time at Bellarmine, Eversole oversaw recruiting as well as hitting and catching development. From 2016 to 2022, the Knights had multiple MLB draft picks, won a conference championship, accumulated several All-Americans, and made the transition from Division 2 to Division 1. Most recently, Eversole was the Associate Head Coach at Barton College in Wilson, NC. In his 3 years there, the Bulldogs set the single season program wins record while also having the best consecutive 3-year run in program history. Eversole worked as the hitting and catching coach, led all recruiting efforts, and was the program’s Head Development Coach.
